Zelta has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal/legal assistant and worked 18 years at a prestigious law firm in the area. Zelta has an associates and bachelors degree in Business Administration, received her certificate upon completion of Paralegal Studi e s;Personality, Charm & Etiquette Schooland is a Notary Public. She has her own personal business called "Victory Services, " specializing in Paralegal, Planning & Coordinating Victorious E vents and also instructs personality, charm and etiquette classes.
